On the 24th and 25th September 2018 the Fourth Pulcinella Trophy was held at the Mostra D’Oltremare, a pizza-maker competition successfully come to its fourth edition!
This competition aims to demonstrate the skills and mastery of pizza makers. The race took place in an atmosphere of serenity and healthy competition.
At the end of the competition, online voting was opened and the people nominated their favorites among the pizza chefs. In many, they expressed their preferences until the voting closed at 17.00 on 25 September 2018.
